Hammam is more than a bathhouse. It is a centuries-old ritual in which heat, water and touch merge into a complete ceremony of bodily care. At Premium Aqua SPA it unfolds on heated marble, at a rhythm set by the therapist.
The ceremony step by step
First the body warms on the hot stone — pores open, muscles soften. Then the therapist works with a kese mitt, lifting away dead skin. The climax is a cloud of soft soapy foam, under which a gentle massage is performed. It ends with a cool rinse and moments of silence.
